HIGH SEASON DEPOSIT
50% at time of booking and remaining 50% automatically charged 21 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged in full.
HIGH SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations will be charged a $35.00 handling fee. Reservations canceled outside of 21 days of arrival will receive a refund of deposit. Reservations canceled within 21 days of arrival are nonrefundable. Trip cancellation insurance is available and recommended.
LOW SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be charged for the first night of the stay. |
